We believe learning is about connections. In this truly natural, loving, creative and home-like environment, children are guided through a rhythmical program of free play and structured activities designed to meet their cognitive, social, emotional and physical needs. Waldorf’s hands–on approach engages students of all learning styles and allows their natural abilities to unfold with confidence, and supports the foundation of future academic success.
For families interested in Waldorf education, we offer two opportunities to experience Waldorf kindergarten:
Kindergarten Information Night for Parents: Thurs. April 11 from 7:30-9pm
Meet our faculty, tour the school and discuss any questions you may have about Waldorf education. This is a great opportunity to meet teachers and faculty one-on-one.
Bake With Me for Parents and Children: Sat. April 13, 10am-noon
In this session, you and your child will experience kindergarten first-hand in a Waldorf setting. Bring your child for a morning of baking, stories and play—this is a wonderful opportunity to be close to your child while they play. At the same time, you’ll have the chance to interact with the kindergarten teacher and observe the classroom environment.
