Full-Time Education Assistant

Squamish Waldorf School is seeking a full-time Special Educational Assistant beginning January 5, 2026, for the current school year and possibly continued employment for years to come.
Based in the heart of Sea to Sky Country, SWS offers an inclusive, values-based community and the opportunity to help nurture students in a premier pre-K to Grade 8 Waldorf School where student experience is at the centre of our holistic education.
Candidates must enjoy working with children and be flexible team players who are adaptable, creative, and nurturing. Preferred candidates will have relevant education/training/work experience supporting children with high needs and/or special needs. Duties include supporting students with diverse needs in the classroom setting and one-on-one, as needed.

Special Educational Assistants will receive a competitive salary, group benefits, plus tuition benefits for their children.
