This Friday, we welcome fall with our Michaelmas celebration. The festival calls us to be awake, conscious and brave and to turn with love toward our fellow human beings. It is our task to carry light through the dark winter months to meet the challenges of our times. The key theme is courage and the primary idea behind the festival of Michaelmas is to have children face their internal and external dragons. The children have been working hard on their Michaelmas play and are excited to perform for you. We look forward to sharing warm soup and dragon bread with everyone!
